Hey some of you off road guys might know this,How much tire can I fit comfortably under a 1998 3500 cab and chassi converted to a single wheel pickup, with 6 inches of lift under it?I would most likely run a 10 inch wheel.
I ran a 37/12. 5-16. 5 on my 2000 Ram 2500 with a 4. 5" Skyjacker kit on 16. 5x10 rims. Never had any clearance issues. You may be able to get away with a 38, if you tried a 38/13-18 in a Toyo or something like that. The more heavy lifted trucks I drive, the more I like 10 ply E load rated big tires. BTW, my 37's were Super Swamper SSR's, E load rated. They were loud but wore like iron!
