Where on the transmission do I put the prob. In the pan or where to get the best results. I have a 2004 manuel and a 95 automatic. Have any of you Installed one on a manuel?Never heard of that. :-{}

The best place to monitor is the fluid coming out of the convertor so you can see how hard the trans is working. This can be achieved by using a tee fitting in the line or a special line by mass diesel.

I personally like to monitor both the outgoing fluid and the incoming so I can see how the cooling system is working so I have one in the pan too.
