Competition twin sizing

I've been trying to contact Haisley Machine for 2 days, anyone know the secret telephone number that is not busy all day long and not listed on their website:confused:
 
If I have an order I just fax them what I want and cc# and they will send it to me. I have given up calling.
 
I must be lucky... I usually get thru every time. Dealing with them for almost 2 years now I have figured out there busy times and pretty much know when to call...



Great people to deal with just hard to get a hold of at times.

Good luck! I talked to Patty on the phone for almost 20 minutes about fire rings, She was going to call me back the next day and never did. I called three or four times the next week and left a message to call back, and I never got a call back. I went to another company.
 
I'm ready to flame them big time. I ordered a non-SFI fluid damper and called and cancelled. I was told it wasn't shipped so I cancelled. Well it got shipped any way and I got billed. So I shipped it back and they recieved it and I'm still waiting for a credit. 7 days. Patty won't even talk to me on the phone or respond to my e-mails. Its total BS. Monday the BBB will be getting called and I'll be going to the bank if I dont get a credit. I will never recommend them no matter how good they are SUPPOSED to be.

Ive yet to deal with Haisley, but I do keep hearing some bad reports about people waiting for their parts for weeks at a time when they were told it was "In stock"

She told the girl that answered the phone friday morning that my account would be credited saturday. Still not done! Its amazing how people can do business like that.
 
Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to take up for Haisley's, but it can take 4-days to a week for a credit card credit to hit the account. I don't know or understand why, but that's the facts. I deal with it all the time in my business.

8 days and counting. They won't even talk to me. There is something wrong with that place. I'm a pretty reasonable guy. I have received credits many times and it only takes a few days. She even admitted that it still wasn't done a week later.

If she admitted it 'still wasn't done a week later', isn't that talking to you? I'm not trying to defend Haisley Machine, I've gotten bad service from in the past myself, I was just wondering if you were contradicting yourself unintentionally. I'm confused I guess. :confused:
 
When I call in the early morning someone usually answers the phone. Not that I haven't called a bunch of times. I told the poor girl on the phone not to take it personal but I was getting really angry. I said can I talk to Patty and she said that Patty was on the other line. So I said I'll wait as long is it takes. So she put me on hold for about 30 seconds. She gets back on the phone and said Patty will credit the account. I know Patty just didn't want to talk to me. So no contradiction.
