Couple of things one should remember on trying to get ahold of them. They are very busy, I know this cause I am a dealer for them and as all vendors would like is for customers to deal direct with there dealers. Yes I have a number that I can get right though, on the same token Patty does not have a dealer list on her site to help you guys out, so that is something that I have mentioned to her.
As far as the CC card it does take time to reverse the charges upwards to a week or better. For the phone and Haisley it is hard to get through, I have been there in the past, but she has always returned my calls unless they are out of town, but I do get notified.
One thing to remember with dealers as far as myself I give better pricing than Haisley for there products. It is not to take away from them but it is done to relieve the amount phone time they spend with customers. This goes for most company's on the internet, you can always get better deals from the dealers than the manufacturer. This is done again cause the vendor would rather deal with the dealer and get the order done and shipped and let us dealers deal with the customer.
Think about this and see upset you would be upset; You are a vendor, you get a call and the guy wants to ask a lot of questions about what route he should go with anything, motor, transmission, axels, etc... Anyway you spend close to an hour on the phone with him hoping to make a sell, and at the end of the converstion the customer wants to think about it and then you find out later he bought the products you suggest from some one else, this happens alot trust me. Now since you just wasted an hours time, or even a half hour, how many people that know what they want could have gotten through? This is where your frustration comes from and the vendors, not only Hasiley, but others in the market. I know for a fact I am in touch all the time with my vendors, weather I am visiting them, e-mail, or on the phone.
Point is you are going to get the same product from the dealers of such for less the cost as you would have direct and then it becomes the dealers problem to deal with the vendor if something goes wrong and you are looking for answers. Later Jim.
