how to get more boost?

Is there any way to check for boost leaks? Is there anyway to get more boost out of the stock 12cm wastegated setup, and how do i do it? I can make 33psi of boost now, i would like to get up to 40psi. I am going to install a 14cm non-wastegated exhaust housing when i get some money saved up, how much will that raise my boost?

Add more fuel... in the form of a set of delivery valves or injectors... . boost should rise... seeing that your WG is already plugged.



The difference between 33 and 40psi isn't a whole lot, besides hot air due to the compressor going way off the map..... Unless you are running so much fuel that the added boost makes it a need-to-do.

With your pump delivery valves are way down on the list of neede improvements. A set of 370 injectors and the little boost elbow from TST will get you up there pretty close. Dont chase high boost for the sake of high boost. I have blocked off my waste gate line before I put my plate in and with 370s got 38lbs

My bad... . I didn't realize he had a 215hp pump... . I'm just so frustrated with my DV's I figure everyone else must be too... .

You're doing fine, anything more than 35 psi is just a waste, you will notice no performance improvement.
