How to ID new 325/600 engine

Anyone out there have the NEW serial number engine code for the 325/600 engine? Our local dealer does'nt seem to know anything about the new engine!!

The order code remains "ETH". The serial number will show a "C" for the 600. Hope this helps.

I'm not sure of this code "C" for the new engine. My 2003 HO also has the engine code "C". I would think DM would designate the new engine with a different code?

The "C" is for the HO Cummins. There is nothing specifically in the serial number that tells you if it is a 600 or not. One way to tell is the MSRP price of the diesel option. If it is $5,360, then it will be the 600. There was a slight increase in price for the 600 over the previous HO Cummins.

Look for the black plastic end tanks on the intercooler.
