Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) how to improve shifting

A buddy of mine just picked up a 2000 2500 QC Cummins with Auto and 3. 55's. He says it shifts too slow for him. Being a six speed guy I could'nt offer much info. What is the best way to quicken shifts. The truck has 65000 miles and is stock (not for long). Any ideas? Thanks.

Tell him to call ATS, and bring along his charge card.

Let him use his chargecard for an ATS manifold and call Bill Kondolay at DTT to speed up his shifts.
