How to include a .pps file in a thread?

I recieved a truley awsome . pps presentation via e-mail from a friend of a HUGE mining piece of equipment that I feel would certainly be appreciated here. I do not know how to attach a . pps file.



Uplaoding files does not allow for this file. It is 694KB

Any ideas?
