How to manually shift from drive to od?

Does anyone make a kit to force the shift?Or know what to do to adjust the shift setting?My truck tends to hang a bit and the truck is starting to defuel before it shifts out of drive. A shift lite to work with the switch would be nice as well.

I know of it being done on an 01' truck, but not sure about a 3rd gen.

Move the shift lever from 5 to 6.

I guess my title was not very specific but I wish it were that simple,I'll bug DTT somemore and see if they know of a way yet. I am sure it is going to to a few 10ths off the quarter when someone fixes it.
