I was wondering what can be done to modify stock HX35 to flow a little more air besides the exhaust housing. Would like to make it 35/40 if possible. Also does any one know HX40 part number's that would bolt on to the 12V? Money's tight :{ that why I would like to go this route.

Thanks

Randy

My '96 generates over 35 psi of boost with just the wastegate line capped off. The pressure is already there, you just need to utilize it. This is a simple task to say the least. It will cost you little more than a few minutes and a hose plug of some sort.

I did it to reduce the black smoke rolling out on startoff from turning up the fuel and injection timing.

If you don't have gauges, get a pyro and boost gauge before you do anything. Not knowing what's going on is a bad bad thing with be gate plugged off.
