This comes up from time to time.

Here is how I post my photos from my phone.

I always try to post the "Full Size" option for me its easier to read on the phone. The thumbnails are a bit crazy at times they zoom all over if I miss click on the edges or zoom.

Select Upload File

Select the "Files", or I can take a picture or video.

Select folder where image is stored.

Select the actual photo.

It will upload and then once complete, put the cursor in the post where you want the photo. To add text between photos enter a few blank lines so its easier to put in stuff later.

Then when your all done select "Post Reply"

Good luck.

Everything I do on this site is with a desk top. Where is the cursor with a cell phone? Smart phones drive me crazy, I can just barely operate them.

Yep get it 100%, since they are dual touch most screens there are none. Both your fingers are the cursor... but there are ways to adjust and help out.

I don't know iPhone, but for Android (I have a Samsung)

But you can turn on the "Show Taps" for like a split second.

You have to enter Developer Mode which has a few steps, then you can search Show Taps.
On a white background it's still tough to see the little circle that pops up, and its only there for a second.

You can also slow down your finger input when you touch the screen and how that reacts.

So will do the Show Taps then then general touch options.

Found this for how to enter developer mode.

Follow those above steps.

When you click on build number a few times it starts to count down how many more taps it takes to enable the Developer Mode, then asks for your password.

Once its enabled you can now just search "show taps".

Search is your friend, for all things on the phone and even Windows 10, you need to use the search for all things otherwise the menus change so much step by step is tough.

For general accessibility to assist with a longer touch you do not need to enter Developer Mode. Here are some options for that.

Find you settings...

Now search when in settings...

You can try cursor..... then that interaction and dexterity pops up. This is much like adjusting your mouse speed and click duration on a normal computer.

Thanks Tim. That's going to take me a few days to digest all that, like I said I am really challenged with smart phones and computers.

Grandkids are the best at this stuff.

I would stick to what works for sure, my dad has arthritis pretty bad so the phone buttons are really hard for him to use .

I tried a bunch of ways to get the cursor to work and its still not very good.
