How to POST a PIC ?

What dose POST requests from foreign hosts are not allowed mean? This is after I go in to the Manage Attachments and browes, start to up load a PIC and that is the message I get. I have resized them and put them in a file in MY PICS. So far no luck with the pictures on this sight. I am not a PC whizz and need a litel help.

I believe that is a message from your PC - probably some internet security software. Browsing for an upload requires a script to call up an open file box on your pc which it is probably disallowing. A POST request is an html form which is what the post message screen is. That form is trying to call to your machine (the site being the "foreign host". You might try temporarily disabling whatever net security software on your machine and see if it will go through.
