I just bought a 98 3500 4x4, it has a bully dog tourqe computer on it. I don't really need the xtra power and I was wondering how hard is it to remove. Just unplug and go?

That has to be a first!:D ;) You always need the power, no such thing as too much power LOL. If you still want to remove it, as you said unplug it and go. Don't forget to hook the map sensor back up. It will be self explanatory you'll see.

You may experience lower fuel economy once you remove the chip. Think about it: more power and better fuel economy... I'd leave it on.

I'll be the first to volunteer to take it off your hands so you don't have to worry about storing it, or pay for a disposal fee. :D :D :D

:D :D Just need a bigger hammer and a little lube. :D :D

That or maybe a muffended boxcar wrench, lysine spanner, then I can mount it next to my blinker fluid reservoir.

We all know the first time he drives with out it, he is gonna freak and put it right back on after the cold sweats stop. LOL

It might have the "special" boost elbow on it. Might want to take that off. Not sure if you can overboost with stock fuel but maybe. Just a thought.
