Hello,

I noticed that I have about 1/2 ~ 3/4 water in my passenger side lower part of the rear tail light where the reverse light is located. So far the reverse light has not burned out. Could someone provide info on how to remove the rear tail light to drain the water without wrecking the light?

Has this happened to anyone else? Perhaps caused by a bad seal on the lens?

I've had this problem on several of our trucks... instead of trying to prevent it... . and later have them fill with water, burn out the bulb, or freeze... I just drill a 1/16" hole in the base of each lens and the heat from the tail lights being on drys it out... and allows any additional water to drain out... .

Hope this helps. .
