How to remove seat parts

I purchased the Wet Okole seat covers. I am happy with them with a few exceptions. I need to know how to remove the lumbar adjustment wheel on the side of the seat so I can put the seat cover under it. Also the electric seat controls just barely fit in the small area open for them, so I thought maybe take the electric contols off and put the seat cover under them but the opening is not large enough. Anyone have experiance with this?

Slowly stretch the hole around the lumber knob, it worked for me. I left the seat control's hole as it was, a little out of whack.
