Engine in a 97 Chevy Venture Van

Just throw them on the BBQ and char them up. Then put them into a zip lock bag and let them steam in own heat from the BBQ. Afterwards take them out and they peel very easy.

We go through about 3+ gunny sacks a year of that stuff. My wifes personal preference is to put them in the zip lock bag and freeze them and peel them when she needs them. They peel very easy. Skin slides right off especially if they are still a bit stiff/frosty. I don't know if she does that because she thinks they peel easier then or if she just doesn't want to peel them all at one time. Just about time for a new batch.
