Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) how to tighten 5th gear nut

I bought the new 5th gear nut from my local Dodge dealership. I was hoping to use their tools to tighten down the nut. I was told today that they do not have the tools anymore. They must have "walked away". Is there any other way to torque the nut to proper spec, without the special tools.

Be hard without the spaner wrench buy one from Miller tools it comes in a set

6443 and 6743.

we tighten the nut as tight as we can get it with a standard wrench then using stainless or hard nickel rod we weld a small bead on the nut and shaft and have never had any more problems from any of them
