How to track your new truck delivery

Three weeks in a row my truck was supposed to arrive and three weeks in a row the dealer said it didn't even hit the boat yet. It supposedly left the factory but is just sitting there and has not shipped



Is there a way to track them or to find out when they will actually arrive?? or do I just have to put up with the dealer not knowing much of anything???

Mike, fortunately I have a squared away dealer here in NV. Has kept me updated every step of the way. The call to DC customer service line is worthless! The best way to get your dealer of his butt is to go to www.dodge.com and do a dealer inventory search to find a truck you want, e-mail the internet department and then call your dealer and ask him where your truck is...

I'm getting to that point quickly and there are a few trucks on the local lots that would be a pretty good fit... . but not perfect. I have already cancelled two trips in March knowing the truck would not be here in time and now it looks like I may scrub the first weekend in April for the same reason. I was told it would be 6-8 weeks when I ordered on 1/3/05.



I will need at least a week turn-around time for the Jacobs, Line-X and hitch install once it arrives so that adds another week to the whole thing.
