HP in a ford PS??

Anyone know the factory HP in a new Ford PS??? I had a guy walk away from me the other night from a dead stop in a new Ford. Just curious

The newest manuals are 275hp.

Autos are 250hp. The 275hp models have cats.

corect me if I am wrong... but that is flywheel HP right? so the RWHP is down from that ..... to what I am not sure. Jim

I would say both being stock the PSD might get the jump... but from my experience once the turbo gets spooled up (10 feet of so) the gap changes sides! , and with a bit of bombing a PSD would only see your bumper sticker! . . jim

Last one I drove acted like a Hamster in one of those running wheels, all RPM and no guts. Hmph, Go figure, I drove a late 2000 Auto,, one of those, "Texas editions", or whatever .
