Whoever announces last.

I heard that ford's 6. 0 psd was going to be rated at 550 ft lbs until they heard the 3rd gens were going to be 555. Don't know if its true or not.

Ford website and all the truck mags had the lower hp for months then Ford upped the numbers.



I don't put much stock in the "best in class" bs. Usually when you compare the numbers it's a matter of a few Hp or a few more lbs one or the other can haul or tow; nothing earth shattering.

Power under the curve is more important than peak numbers anyways. Talk to the ford 6. 0 handshaker owners if you doubt that.
