I got my HTPM (HTT 3-piece manifold) installed today. It came pre-assembled and it went on without a hitch. Took it out for a test drive and I notice a tick that I suspect has to be an exhaust leak. So what's the best way to find an exhaust leak?

i have discovered that sometimes after a new exhaust install the bolts are not complety set so i would first go and check for lose bolts both on the head and turbo then i would look for a little black soot around where they are put together and also around the head and turbo and please make sure you let it have some time to cool down dont ask why i know this hope you find it

I have visually seen exhaust coming out, if somebody around can blurp the throttle or just slowly increase it while you got a light you can see it. Did you get the gaskets on okay?

Yep, gaskets aligned and crushed. I'll get a bright light and see if I can find where it's escaping.

All my manifold bolts are goot and tight and the turbo bolts are all tight.

Make that all except #6, which was cocked toward the firewall on bottom. Amazing how much better it seals when the gasket really is aligned. Oh well, it's fixed now and running great. All I need now is an exhaust, intake, turbo, and I'll be ready to make some power.
