It looks like my stock manifold bolts are too long for my new HTT manifold. Who else has installed an HTT? Did the stock bolts work or did you get shorter bolts from HTT. The instructions mention shorter bolts.

Yes, it came pre-assembled. I'm holding off pulling the stock one until I know the bolts will work.

Well, I definitely need shorter bolts. I also need a bushing to get the wastegate bracket on. Other than that, the HTT fits nicely.

When I got mine I just went ahead and got the bolt kit and it worked fine. It all went together pretty easily, better than I thought. Biggest pain is just fine tuning it to get the bolts to match up. I mounted a HT2B to it as well and found the studs they supplied were too long and hitting just forward of the exhaust housing. I used the stock studs out of a shrunk manifold from my 1st Gen and with a little tilting of the turbo got the nut started and tightened.

I got the mounting kit, but it didn't include bolts. It has gaskets for each port, a turbo gasket, studs for the turbo, and nuts for the studs. And you're right... the studs are too long for the lower hole closest to the firewall.
