Found them , I'll clean them up in the morning and EMail you a pic of them. These are not the "full face" ones though, which ones are you after? My 93 wasn't an LE like yours.
Try Ebay , I Find Alot Of Stuff On There , Just Do Different Searches Such As Dodge Hubcaps , Dodge 2500 Hubcaps, Truck Hubcaps , Dodge Truck Hubcaps ,
there is a r/v dealer in Indiana who sells them often on the bay for less than 50 bones for the set. you might check there too if your looking for new ones

I never thought of posting it here but I'm looking for a set of center caps from the 88-93 Dodge "8 hole" aluminum wheels that were stock on the D/W 150s, Dodge Ramchargers and Vans. Anyone have a set of them lying around? Thanks Ken Irwin
I have a set off of a 250 2 wheel drive if they will work, I don't think they are aluminum rims, I am not familair with what exactly you are looking for. These are the ones with the center caps, and the outside ring seperate.
Sorry to drag this thread out of the attic. Does anyone know a source of hubcaps to fit our 4WD (First Gen) trucks?
The hubcaps are exactly 12" in diameter, the rears need to be deeply dished, and the fronts must have a hole to accomodate the lockout hubs. I've searched high and low for baby moons or any other style; I've found nothing that works other than the OEM Mopar caps.
