Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) hunting for lock up

are any of you guys having problems with your auto locking up in 4th and when you apply light throttle pressure it unlock and lock and unlocks. I have replaced the apps and it was fine for about 6 weeks... . now it started to do it again. I have read all the treads about grounds and reflashes but I can not find anything about what it takes to make it stop. 2000 /2500 4x4 sb ext cab
