Hunting idle and TSB for cold weather idle?

I'm getting ready to take my truck to the dealer as my horn was stuck on which killed the batteries before the fuse blew while I was out of town for a few weeks.



While I'm there I would like to get the TSB done for the cold weather idle, anybody know what TSB that is?



Finally, my truck is a 6 speed and whenever you push the clutch in after having been in gear, the idle will fluctuate from 900-500 rpms for about 3-5 seconds before returning to a normal idle. Has anyone else experienced this? My 01 ETH didn't do this and neither did my 91 CTD so it's annoying me.

My truck started acting goofy at idle while I was in St Louis for a few weeks. When I pushed the clutch in it would almost stall then jump way up and finally settle down. If I touched the throttle I had good throttle response. I checked for codes and found one (0480) ffrom my cool down timer that I recently fixed and I have had no more problems. No idea what was causing it or what may have fixed it!

That TSB is only for '04 trucks with automatic transmissions. It works VERY well!

Well, I guess I won't be getting the TSB for the cold wx idle and I also seem to be the only one with this idle jumping around after I push the clutch in while driving.

I noticed when mine was jumping around it was always in very hot weather with the AC on. Have you seen anything like that or is it consistent regardless of AC?
