2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission HVAC vents

My 99', has once again, defaulted to defrost setting. Having been down this road before I checked the vac. pump and it's pulling the right amount of inches of vacuum, The under hood vac lines are all intact and no leaks. I can see (2) vacuum actuators under the dash at floor level and was wondering if anyone knows if there are more than 2 of these?

I would bet money the blend door actuator is broke.

the one to go after is the one on the far left as your sitting in the drivers seat. betcha the diaphragm is tore.

My Mule did the same thing under warranty (default setting) it turned out to be a pinched vacuum line under the dash.
