Attention: TDR Forum Junkies My truck in my signature had the turbo compressor wheel start hitting the housing last week to I pulled it off and had to have it replaced. The factory compressor fan looked somewhat conical from the front and the blades had a slight twist to them. The replacement I got back from the holset reseller is an hx-35w for a '98. 5 dodge but the fans are more like a standard room fans would be. When I look on the net most of the pics I find are of this design. I have also noticed it seems louder than the original turbo. Anyone know why the difference on this?
