Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) HX35 on Automatic?

I have an '01 auto with the stock Hy40. Ive heard of putting the Hx35 on the auto, and building up to 45psi. Is this true? Any other mods needed?

You have an HY35 if its the stock turbo. Yes you can use an HX35 in its place, but with the comp and 150 injectors in your thread both will be at their limit. You should look into a different one all together.

The HX-35 works the best under 35psi. Makes a LOT of hot air after that.

I never got over 35 psi with my HX35, and you will be at the limits of the turbo there.
