Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Hx35 vs wh1c

IS there much difference between a hx35 or a wh1c? is one better then the other?

I've run a couple of WH1C turbos, still have them. I've always been told they are just slightly more durable than the HX35 but can't remember why this is supposedly true. As far as airflow and spoolup I've been told their virtually equal.
