Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Hydra boost/ power steering vibration??

I have been having an issue with my truck that is driving me crazy! When the engine is idling i get a strong very high frequency vibration that will go away if I turn the steereing will to a slightly different position. Scenario if I pull up to a stop light the vibration will almost always start when the engine comes to idle, but if I turn the wheel about a inch it will stop but if I release the pressure off the steering wheel and let it sit where it wants to it vibrates like crazy. Any one else ever have this problem? Any help is appreciated! Lowell

Put a flush in it , then new fluid .
There's a valving system that can get sticky .
Have you checked the level yet ?

I flushed it and put in new fluid when I put the new power steering pump in about 6 months ago. It is full. thnks though I am not sure what is going on with it?
