Is 52122339AC the correct and latest P/N for the updated hydroboost line with the weight for my 03?

Some compatibility charts on fleabay say it's not for some reason.

Yes, it looks to be the latest. I used the VIN from an 04 2500 4X4 w/ Cummins power for reference.
