OEM coolant and diff fluid change

I'm about to replace the line from the bottom of the PS pump to the HB - the one with the weight.
I don't have an 18mm line wrench to remove it from the bottom of the PS pump so I figured I'd just cut the line and use a 6 point socket on the fitting.
How much fluid will pour out of the bottom of the pump when I sever this line?
Will a quart of juice cover it?

Thanks,
Scott

I would think a quart would cover it. But since your making a mess, why not drain and refill the system. A couple quarts should do it. Wal-Mart has ATF4 for about 4 bux a quart.

Thanks Stan, it bled like I was doing open heart surgery (a real patient would have died!). For some reason I had a hell of a time getting the fitting on the pump started.
Changing the fluid is a good idea and I think I'll do it next oil change. I did use about half a quart - not sure the reservoir holds much more than that.
I ended up getting a combo 16mm/18mm "Torque King" line wrench from Oriellys. Not one of my better tools but it did the job!

BTW, I have long wondered, why do all (all makes and models) PS lines have those metal splices in them? Even when they aren't changing size they have them.
The new line has two of those splices but the old one had only one.
Anybody know what's going on there? Even a Google search turned up nothing.
