I need to install running boards on my new 04. 5 3500. What is your opinion of Mopar boards. Are there better boards out there? I am looking at the black molded plastic ones. Is there a best store out there? Any input would be appreciated

I've got J&J stainless boards on my truck and love them. A little pricey but very nice. Check out my pics or Casey Balvert"s pics on the boards.

I also am looking for running boards for my soon to be delivered 2004. 5 3500 Quad LB SRW CTD. It's graphite with the sport pkg (limited chrome) so I don't want steel/chrome/aluminum or any version of a nerf bar. So it's black or color matched for me (also due to WAF). Or does that condemn me to rustable brackets?

The Mopar product looks narrower than others- is it?

The ATS and Westin (and 1 or 2 other) units look identical- anybody know if they are?

Millenium and Bremen Tech look promising but their web sites successfully prevent you from learning much about the product and make the purchase process a major challenge. If you bought from them, how did you get any product info? Only by calling them?

I have read the posts and have come to the conclusion that the BAK brand is too light weight and some (J&J?) are needlessly complicated and require too much drilling. I thought I saw a brand that did not require drilling. Was I mistaken? Do they ALL require drilling?

Thanks in advance.

Millennium Products

I contacted Millennium Products and asked them for the nearest dealer. I had them paint to match befor they shipped to my local installer. Paint and fit was very good.

They will deal direct but did not want to paint unless shipping to a local shop.
