Well, it seems like I always have to learn things the hard way. The last big snow storm here I took the truck out to see how she would do in the snow. It was amazing! The problem is. . the next day I look at my front bumper and the black trim that lines the bottom was broken right under the license plate and was barely holding on by one bolt by the wheel. I have the sport bumper and apparently it's all one piece. Does anybody make an aftermarket bumper that won't cost me a fortune that looks like the stock version? The Dodge dealership wanted 600+ just for the part.

If it's only the black part, you can cut it off with a sharp utility knife. (that's what I did with mine ) You will have to unbolt the metal support that hangs down in the center as well. You won't have to worry about the deep snow messing with it again then.



I had a guy take out my bumper and I have an aftermarket rancher style bumper/grille guard now.
