I Found Out The Hard Way

Well I chaned my oil today along with my fuel filter. Found out the hard way that my lift pump don't work. Of course we didn't have a lick of fuel around. So we went to the station, got some fuel and filled the filter. Well it runs now anyways. Bill

What makes you say the the lift pump is gone? If you mean the the manual handle didn't seem to work, sometimes the pump is up on the "cam" and you need to bump the motor over so the lever in the pump is down. That way the manual lever can work the pump.
