My kids would love that crew cab!!! I've got too much into mine to ever think about swapping it for new, so the wife and I have actually been talking about a crew conversion. Nice truck!!!

Go for it man! It is definetally more than I had expected and I was expecting alot. It is definetally worth it. The extra room, the look of it, the ride is smooth (good point to use on the wife). Their is actually a fair bir of knee room back there too. I am 6'2" and I have no complaints back there. Not to mention when driving the front seat goes back so far I can barelly reach the pedals. It really is too bad Dodge never made these.

Well have you gotten under the truck and decoded (wire brush and brake cleaner) your axles? Just because the vin says its a 93W250 doesn't mean anything, could be a 93 gasser. Dana 60 front is 3/4 and 1 ton axle. Could be a Dana 44 front 3/4 ton axle. Check and know for sure for yourself. Dana 60 rears don't hold up real good to the big C.

Well the front is a 60 but, the back I am still looking for the number as I can't find it. I cheked the Vin and it was a original Cummins.

I'm sure they swapped the VIN tag and all with the front sheetmetal and drivetrain. If you really want to know what the truck was, find the original VIN, it should be stamped on the frame somewhere. I assume they swapped the dash and everything with it, right? They most likely swapped the front doors too, since I see you have p/w in front and cranks inthe rear. All in all, VERY cool truck. You can also turn that front into a dual wheel style by swapping hub/rotor assys.
