After I sold my Dodge dually (diesel) I had sellers remorse. Seeing how the "new Dodge" is coming out later this summer I had to buy a new 2002 2500 QC SB DIESEL!!! before the body change came out. It feels so Goooood to be in one again. I freaked to think; what if I waited and all the current body styles were sold out. Then the choice would be a truck that #1- dodn't sound like a Cummins (too quiet), and #2 half looked like a Ford or a Chevy depending on how you looked at it. This one even fits in the garage and my pups can hear me coming when I enter the subdivision. We'll be driving today!!!:D :D :D

Them Dodges are kinda like Harleys. Until you ride one you don't know what your missing. You may sell it(which I did) and ride other bikes but you will eventually go back. Once you drive the Dodge/Cummins your hooked. Its hard to get out of your blood. Some people do (Sam M. ) but he probably drives what ever they give him. There this DJ on KVET(Bob) he got one of them powerjokes its the best of everything nothing better. Next time I heard him hes got a dodge diesel once again its the best there is. I haven't heard him(don't listen)in a while so I don't know what hes got now. Who evers got the $ and give him something he talks. Not much of a man to me. :-{}

That's it exactly. Once you own and drive a Dodge Cummins nothing else turns your crank. I loved my blue 2500 gas until I spent 7 months dring my old dually for almost 21,000 miles straight with the camper on. Now I'm selling my 2000 2500 gas. Wish I could pull my Rhino Liner out before it goes away-the truck only has 7,200 miles on it and is in showroom condition.

All good reasons. Phil I bet you got a great deal. I stopped by the dealer the other day and they really want to move the last of the 02's. Welcome back :D

PitBull, Yep I got a real good deal. The truck stickered for over $40 and paid $32,5. I'm happy with that and the truck is outfitted with everthing I wanted except cab lights.

Last night I was out in the garage for 4 hours looking it over. Is there a way to get that "void" sticker off the connector for the injector pump without recking it, in case you need to put it back on? My 2000 didn't have one on it and I'm thinking about another BD Plug n Power. I really liked the gains from that.

WyoJim-It is a short bed this time around. The Quad Cab is for the pups. The short bed is so it'll still fit in the garage. I'm probably going to go with a travel trailer this time around, maybe a small 5th wheel. I do however REALLY like the Lance 820 (8' 11"). If I went that route however; I would have to build another set of camper spring.

Sticker removal can be accomplished with acohol. Use a sharp razor to get under the edge. Once you get a corner lifed, use a squeeze bottle with a very fine tip to flow the acohol right at the point where the sticker meets the metal. Apply the acohol back and forth at this point and gently pull the sticker up. Warning though: Watch the lettering cause it might want to come off too. Some lettering might want to disolve with acohol. Not all stickers will do this though. Test the lettering with a q-tip before you decide. Good luck. ;)

Phil, why not go with an Edge EZ, then you won't have to bother with the sticker at all. And the EZ is sweet, you will like it. :)

I went thru Cummins withdrawals a year ago after

trading in my 2001 3500 QC 6x6! Went about 3

months and couldn't stand it anymore! :D

Found a new 2001. 5 (rear disc brakes) 2500 QC/SB

4x4 ISB/NV4500 and love every mile of it (26,000

so far in a year!)

Traded the 3500 on a GMC Yukon XL 3/4 ton 4x4

with the new Vortec 8100 (496). It's a great

big heavy duty station wagon/people mover if

there ever was one. Too bad I cannot get one

with a diesel.
