I have a down power , torque management suspicion when hooking up a trailer

I have a down power , torque management suspicion when hooking up a trailer. With only a 3000 lb low boy trailer hooked up and plugged in ,my truck seems to have less power. Could the OB computer see the plugged in trailer and down power the truck?

That sounds unlikely......Do a test run plugged in and the same run with the trailer unplugged......that out to tell you.

I thought of that, gotta find somewhere that I could do it running no lights.

Probably not, as I would have burned them up by now

Maybe, maybe not. Worth checking the temp of them, and worth testing with the trailer unplugged.
