I have a miss under load. Any Ideas?

When I'm pulling my 10,000# fifth wheel, I often experiance an engine miss as if I'm starved for fuel. It happens in OD at about 1800 rpm (65 mph). I doesn't happen out of OD nor does it happen when I'm not pulling the trailer. I have not tried it with the VA disonnected. My truck has only 13500 miles on it. I haven't changed the fuel filter since I would think that I would still have the problem when I'm not pulling if this was the cause. Does anyone have any thoughts? Please don't make me go to the dealer!

This is showing up more and more. Please keep us posted as to the fix, when you find one. I've replaced everything on mine for fuel delivery, and it hasn't really changed a bit. Good luck... T
