I have sent several private messages, but I cannot find any record of them being sent. Am I doing something wrong?
Earlier this year, we changed the default settings to NOT keep a copy of sent private messages and to NOT track sent private messages. This was done because many users did not know about those folders. Thus, their mailboxes filled up, but they did not know how to resolve the problem.
You can override this default. When you send a private message, there is a checkbox at the bottom of the message. Just check that checkbox before you send the private message, and it will be retained in your Sent folder.
