I am hearing a single chime when I engage my left turn signal. All signal lights are working as they should. Also got a check engine light shortly after. Did the on/off ignition thing to check for codes and it says “None”

Any Ideas what the problem is

You have an early connection problem triggering a Lamp Out Warning. Generally it's a socket that's gone bad as a lamp out would be constant. I suggest the shotgun approach: replace both turn signal lamp sockets in the front, both tail light boards and related bulbs. FWIW I tracked down one on my 2003 that was the left front turn signal socket. It would leave a black burn mark on the lamp contact wire. Went through 3 bulbs before I replaced the sockets. It will drive you nuts with a ghost chime: thus the shotgun approach.
