I just got home from test driving an '03 3500 HO/6 Speed and when I was talking to the "team leader" at the 5 Star Stealership about the options I wanted, I mentioned that the "muffler delete package" is a must! I could not believe my eyes, he wrote it down on the piece of paper and told me he would get back to me with the other options available:-laf :-laf I had to cover my mouth with my hand because I was laughing to myself. BTW, I was also informed the '03's don't have glow plugs like the ISB's did

My initial impression was that it was "very carlike. " I thought the steering and brakes were great and I could not believe how well it rode. IMHO, engine is way TOO QUIET!!! I was a little disappointed in the HO and I am still way more impressed with some 2nd Gen. bombed trucks I have ridden in. Bottom line, I still love the 1st and 2nd Gen Rams. a lot more and it will be a sad day when I have to buy a 3rd Gen.

i've gotten use to my 180hp tahoe with not enough gear [3. 42 with 33" tires ] 305hp w/3. 73 will be a welcome improvment
