Wiring issue or brake issue?

Who still makes a 5th wheel hitch for our trucks?

My 90 D250 (now Greenleaf's) got 20-24. My 93 D350 gets 14-16. I've tried a bunch of stuff, but can't get better. I really liked that 3. 07 rear end.

Yeah, I had a '90 that, on it's worse day(translate, my heavy foot!!) would get 18-19. It has the 3spd and 3. 07 gears..... I sold it with 520k showing ont he speedo, and it had quit over a year earlier..... it's still running on a farm near Prosper... ... quite a bit rougher than it looked when I had it... :{

My 93 is the same as yours vs poor mileage..... I converted it to a dually with a CC rear, 3. 54 gears, but it still only gets 15-16..... sometimes 18, but only when my Dad drives it..... :mad: What's the deal there? Are the cams spec'ed different or the timing retarded on the late VEs??!?!?!?#@$%!

What's the mm lift timing on the early vs late trucks??!!! Is there a difference? Sure seems like it... ... .

I personally don't like anything beyond the 24V's. While the HPCR engines may be nice in many respects... I think they have an awful sound to them when people add an exhaust or straight pipe. Just my opinion... and not to say I'll never have one someday.

Yeah my 08 was 4" straight but it sure didn't sound like it, but after a while the quiet refined sound grows on a person. Now the 4" straight on my 95 sounded like a big rig, and the turbo flutter at idle would bring a smile to my face. I have a 3. 5" straight faux-dual exhaust on the 93 and it sounds good, not nearly as loud as the 95, and the turbo is too quiet IMO.
