I need a lift for a 2wd

I have a 95 2wd reb cab long bed that I want to lift. I want to put 33's on it. I can't find anyone that makes a lift kit for it but, I know someone here has to have done this before. I know if there is an answer, you guys have it.

Fabtech is usually the 2WD specialist. However the only thing I saw on their site was for 1/2 ton Dodges.

I called Fabtech today and they don't make any lift parts for the 2500 2wd. The rep said he once had new coil springs made for someone when he worked in a retail shop.
