I know some of you out there are machinest's or woodworkers. I need to build a switch panel to hold all my switches. I've got the panel but I need to have a pedestal built inbetween the driver and passenger about 2 inches higher than the middle seat without the foldown. Sorry about the spelling I just had the wisdom teeth out and the drugs are kicking in. Anyways if anybody is willing to manufacture this for me I would pay them or if they have any ideas please let me know. I've got wires running all around for all switches that don't have a home. THanks

Ahhhh, you can never have too many switches.
Radio Shack has a wide assortment of plastic
"hobby" boxes that work great for switches and such. I used a 8"l x 6"h x 3"d box and
mounted it inline and on top of the transmission hump and tight against the right side of the FWD shifter boot. Within the box, I've installed 6 switches with indicator lamps and
a main (on off on) switch. Most of these boxes have one side that is removable so mounting the box and electronics is easier.
Where you want to mount your switches, I have my siren controls but this box would place the switches about the height your looking for if so mounted. (well, maybe an
inch or so lower) Cost of the boxes is between 2 and 8 dollars and everything is contained... ... Have fun... ... ... ... .

I got a plastic "Kick Panel" from an "80s Ford F-800 Cab over Wreck. One edge turned over such that when I cut off about 1 1/2 inches, I had about 12 inches of 1 1/2 angle on both sides. Mounted the switchs on one angle and screwed the other angle to the dash just above the bottom to the right of the steering wheel. Makes a nice switch panel
and the color was a near perfect match on my grey interior.
