I've got 2 tailgates, 1 for a 92 D250 sand colored and 1 for a 96 3500 white, no lite bar or cables on the 96 gate.

New '97 3500 Tailgate

I've got a brand new tailgate that I removed as soon as I purchased my 3500 in '97. It has the lights on it, too. There is only one problem; I live in Southern Calif. , about 50 miles north of downtown Los Angeles. If you are interested, get in touch.
