Alright I know I got a lot of people excited over this pulloff video thing, but I ran in to a problem. My audio video guy at work is giving me the runaround on getting this thing to MPG format. Is there anyone that would be willing to make a couple of MPG's for me (and the 3800 other people that have read the post?) I of course would pay any costs associated with it (shipping, and enough for a six pack of your favorite beverage to make it worth your while... :D :D )

Thanks-

FORMAT?

DaveN,

What type of format is it in now? VHS tape? or do you have it in some kind of Digital Format now? I can probably convert it to MPG for you. I make home made Video CD's that will play on alot of DVD Players ( the kind that will read CDR's). I should be able to make a mpg that is not to large for use on the internet. Email me.

PC Camera

Many of those PC camera's like the Intel model, have a video input on them for connecting to camcorders, etc. Also many sound cards have line inputs.

Connect the output of you VCR to the PC Camera and Sound card. Then run the movie software that comes with the PC camera. Take the old VCR from the bedroom, so you not in trouble for disassembling the living room.

Yeah, I contacted him but he hasn't got back with me yet. I've got a pretty basic computer setup at home, no cameras or fancy cards. I just have a VHS tape... . I'll get in touch with Tr7110 to see what he can do for me. I'm trying guys, I really am :(
