:) Okay I just got the fass system 150,installed and I love it 21 psi @ idle 5x5 pulls it down to 16 @WOT trucks runs awesome I dont even turn the box on only level 1 and thats enough unless I want to play :-laf 1st question now that the fass is on should I leave the lift pump on or take it off ? it looks like there is 3 or 4 bolts that hold it on, what size is needed to remove the bolts/nuts metric or standard ? or is it possible to remove it without causing any damage to the engine ? there is banjo bolts and fuel line going to it, but I dont need it anymore ? Is there some pics to show how to remove the filter/lift pump please help me thanks guys !!!!!!!!!! ;)

You do not really need the factory LP so you could take it off without harming anything, most people hook a toggle switch up to it, just in case the FASS fails.

One thing you may want to think about is a FP regulator, 21 psi is a little high. 15 psi is the magic number and above that usually causes hard starts and other problems. I can't say for sure you will experience this, but its better to err on the safe side.

Yes-- DO get a regulator on there. 21psi is hard on the pump and its internals. Bosch says 14psi is the most they want to see (that's why the inlet opens to try and bleed off pressure over 14psi.

Try Aeromotive for a quality regulator.

This is the link to the Aero motive fuel pressure reg that I found it looks to be one that could be used. I need one as well, I didnt see one that said light truck this was in the marine section, is this what you were talking about JLH, thanks Henry

Yes-- that is *THE* regulator to get, imho. It's not cheap, but I doubt you could do better.
