I was wondering if the famous BHAF (Donaldson ECB 105006) is available in the Donaldson Endurance Nanofiber Filter Media?

Is this Filter blue in color? Is it a direct replacement for the BHAF?

Thanks, Brian

I am not sure if he is a rep for amsoil, but i bought my tymar kit form Dale Isley / TymarPerformance.com. He seems pretty knowledgable. you might give him a call.

my tymar is all that i can fit beneath the hood and all it sits on is the mounting clamp. different sizes for different applications. be sure to get one that is hydrophobic otherwise you have to run an outwear and you loose surface area of the filter. i do not have the specs on the filter number, but i can send it to you.

Thanks fest3er,

Got any specs on these?

With a little more time, I found Donaldson's print catalog. (It ain't necessarily easy to find info on their web site. :)) It appears that the EAF filters do not have the protruding flange like the Amsoil, ECB Duralite and BHAF filters do, so mounting them might be difficult.

I thought the Amsoil filters use the same synthetic media as do the Endurance filters; I could be wrong, though.

Googled the Tymar Intake. Those are little! We Cummins guys are spoiled with thr BHAF, however my new one might be up for sale soon, still in the box!

This is what's causing me to walk around with an evil grin. Nanofiber, too. (Throw back head and Mad Scientist laugh)

The EAF 5067. Oh yes. ;)

Looks quite interesting, if the adaption needed for the inlet isn't too big a hassle...

Yeah, I hope not. Might have to go over to Cummins or Kenworth to get a plastic flange. If not I'll have some exhaust pipe welded up with a flange and some ready rod. Theres the Spectre line of 90 degree intakes to consider, too.

Couple bucks more.

I know! The Donaldson web site HATES me! I found the above half by accident. I hope the Nanofiber media is similar to the Amsoil Light Truck line like the 4510, 6080, etc...
