I Need More Power!

Hi... I Recently Bought My First Diesel. It Is A Used 2003, 2500 Quad Cab 4x4 Short Bed. The 5. 9isb Engine Is Rated Stock At 250hp And 460ft Lbs Of Torque. I Intend On Pulling A Camper 8 To 9000 Lbs. Currently, I Am Researching Electronics And Torque Converters. Any Feed Back On Products That Are Out, Or Soon To Be Out Would Be Appreciated.

For me the biggest different was an Edge Ez, getting rid of the muffler and the B. H. A. F. The latest addition from the TDR had a write up on the Edge, small article, but it did say that the EZ did put out the power it claimed. I ordered the M. E. K ( muffler elimination kit) from Geno's, now all I have underneath is the baffle. Exhaust is a little louder, no where near what a straight pipe is like. B. H. A. F (big honking air filter)Cummins part #AH19037. I noticed a definite difference with the bigger air cleaner, it came before the EZ. The EZ woke this puppy up. I have plans on doing more later when the wallet can handle it. If you start upgrading remember these words " I am my own warranty station", if you have any type of warranty on your truck. Don't forget guages when you start upgrading the power, boost, egt, fuel pressure and transmission temp being that you have an auto. You made the right choice in joining the TDR. It has been money well spent for me, there are alot helpful people here as well as vendors. Good luck in your search for more power.
